Blog Schtuff

Over the last few months I have recieved a number of blog awards and tags and I have been rather slack in not responding to them... mostly because I have come online to post a creation and don't want to do two posts one straight after the other, and I just don't think to schedule it!

Back in August Sephi gave me the "I love your blog" award. The rules of this award are: (1) The winner can put the logo on their blog. (2) Link the person you received your award from. (3) Nominate at least 7 other blogs. (4) Put links of those blogs on yours. (5) Leave a message on the blogs of the girls or boys you’ve nominated.

In November Brooke tagged me as an inspiration. No rules with this one but list some inspiration.

In December Brooke gave me the Butterfly Award. The rules on this one are:

1. Post the award logo on your blog.

2. Add the link to the person who nominated you.

3. Nominate 10 other blogs and add post their links as well.

4. Let those people know that they received the award.

Ramona also gave me this award in December, so I am just going to nominate one batch of 10. In fact this list of 10 is for all the above :)

Kristina - Of course Kristina has to be in here... her colour challenges are a highlight of my week! While these colours are always an option for me everyday, she provides the impetus to use them, combine them and come up with something surprisingly gorgeous (hopefully)
Laura - Someone else who produces gorgeous stuff, but I seriously love it when she uses a bunch of sketches with the same product

~*~ Winter is my favourite season of the year, summer my least favourite, autumn and spring I relish quite a bit too.

~*~ I'm a bit miffed that Men In Trees has been axed.

~*~ I'm anxiously waiting for the news that Moonlight has been picked up by another channel.

Hopefully they're not too lame for "interesting" but my brain just doesn't want to function much. Which means I am not going to name names but feel free to consider yourself tagged.

~*~ I have been known to travel 3 hours just to get a bar of dark chocolate.

~*~ I don't have a purple leather handbag but I saw one yesterday and I am very, very tempted by it.

~*~ I like blue shirts on certain individuals.

~*~ I once dressed as a yellow paint swirl for the Rock Eisteddfod when I was in high school.

I know, we've had a break in transmision again. It's been a bit hectic around here, but now that I have Sydney Regionals behind me things should calm down again.

Jayne tagged me a while back, so I have been trying to think of some new things to tell you (previous response can be seen here). I think I have finally thought of some, but first here are the rules:

~*~ I prefer dark chocolate and I think I am becoming addicted to cinnamon

~*~ I've dressed as Medusa twice for Halloween. You get some strange looks when you are driving along the road and can't even sit up in the car properly because your hair is too big (but not as instantly recognisable as the Cleopatra we saw on Saturday)

~*~ I've never officially broken a bone but I suspect I have broken my little toe twice

~*~ I still have my favourite childhood soft toy Blue Bunny, though he has been sitting on top of Tiarna's bookshelf for the last 5 years or so

~*~ I drink meade when I can find it. Thankfully I have been given a lead on a local bottle shop that might have some

~*~ I live in a purple house with some purple furniture and I am soon to get a purple kitchen. YAY!

~*~ There is nowhere in my house where I can safely do a cartwheel
