Here's a card I made for last week's cyber night at the Little Scrapbook Shop. I used the Sale-A-Bration set Birthday Whimsy for the balloons and sentiment and created the background with gel pen by tracing along and around various things on my desk to replicate the pattern n the balloons. The colours, Bashful Blue, Ballet Blue, Sage Shadow and Chocolate Chip, I gt from the Seaside Ribbon Originals. I had planned on using some of the ribbon on the card but in the end I decided it just wouldn't fit with the feel I had in mind. The balloon strings are just some left over cross-stitch floss.
