Bloomin' With Flowers

The other day I felt like making something with lots of layers, so I went searching for a sketch to match and decided upon Julee's Mojo Monday sketch. I picked a colour scheme, stamped my flower twice (may as well make two cards at the same time!) and started colouring. However I wasn't far into my colouring when I thought I may have made a bad move with doing a Soft Sky wash over the flowers before colouring them with Taken With Teal... so I coloured my second image with Lavender Lace flowers instead. I made this image up into the card you see above and then decided to persevere with the Teal flowers image. It came out fine, but I still prefer the Lavender Lace flowers.

These are both beautiful. Love the colors you chose to work with. Thanks for playing with my sketch! :)
